Welcome to one of our latest designs in Central Park, a modern and unique residential condominium in San José. With magnificent interior spaces and top-quality amenities, we have designed an elegant and modern space with a large double-height ceiling where natural light takes center stage.
Celebrating the indoor/outdoor connection
One of the main features of this penthouse is the seamless transition between the exterior and interior. The breathtaking views of Costa Rica's natural paradise blend with the apartment's elegant finishes. We wanted to enhance this idea by designing the terraces and outdoor spaces as an extension of the interior, giving the penthouse a unique personality.

The kitchen design responds to the intention of turning it into a unique room full of personality. The large glass surface on the ceiling and the spacious terrace ensure natural light enters and allow for an open connection between the spaces.
