The Aguirre & Berlanga studio is responsible for the interior design project in the common areas of Quest Residencial, Malaga, creating spaces that combine contemporary design, functionality, and well-being. Every detail has been thought out to offer a unique residential experience, where comfort and aesthetics are naturally integrated.
Design and atmosphere
The interior design is based on fine materials, neutral tones, and warm lighting that enhances the Mediterranean light. The lobby, lounges, and coworking areas are conceived as extensions of the home, promoting connection and serenity through an elegant and balanced design.
Functionality and experience
More than just transit spaces, the common areas are transformed into meeting places. The Kitchen Club, meeting rooms, and social areas are designed to promote community and well-being, reflecting the philosophy of Aguirre & Berlanga: to create spaces that inspire and improve daily life.
