At El Quintanar, Aguirre & Berlanga is developing the interior design for the common areas of a residential complex where design, well-being, and everyday life coexist in harmony. A través de tres fases —La Retorna, Las Dovelas y El Lindal—, el proyecto aborda diferentes tipos de vivienda con un lenguaje común: espacios cálidos, funcionales y versátiles que fomentan la comunidad, el confort y la calidad de vida. Gyms, coworking spaces, gastrotecas, and leisure areas are conceived as extensions of the home, designed for enjoyment, sharing, and unwinding without leaving the house.
La Retorna · Interior design of common areas for community living
The residential interior design project at La Retorna organizes common areas as spaces for sharing, caring, and living together. The gym and yoga room take advantage of natural light to promote well-being, while the coworking space is designed for comfortable and focused teleworking. The gastroteca acts as a social hub, connected to the children's area and outdoor areas, creating safe, functional, and welcoming spaces. The complex is completed with an audiovisual room and outdoor areas designed for everyday enjoyment.
Las Dovelas · Interior design of flexible and contemporary common areas
En Las Dovelas, el diseño interior de las zonas comunes se centra en la versatilidad y la adaptabilidad a diferentes usos. The gastroteca integrates the kitchen, living room, and leisure areas through mobile solutions that transform the space according to the moment. The gym combines training and yoga in a serene environment, while the coworking space offers collaborative areas and individual spaces. The outdoor areas extend the interior, creating open environments designed for disconnecting and sharing.
El Lindal · Residential interior design focused on well-being
El Lindal proposes an interior design for common areas marked by calm and spatial quality. The gastroteca is conceived as a warm social space, where natural materials and careful lighting create a welcoming atmosphere. The coworking space integrates wood and vegetation to promote concentration, and the gym combines aesthetics and functionality with state-of-the-art equipment. A residential interior design project where well-being is part of everyday life.
